Purchaser
has 3 days from date of transfer to have pup checked by his or her own
Vet. If for any reason, purchaser is
dissatisfied with the puppy, you may return it for a full refund within those 3 days. This does not
include injuries that occur while in the owner possession.
No guarantee is made of size,
color or overall quality. Purchaser
is responsible for all vet bills accrued. Pup
is being sold as a pet only & MUST be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.
By signing purchaser agrees to & accepts the terms of this contract.
a)
Breeder must be notified at least 1 week prior to: selling, giving away,
euthanizing or
Transferring dog's ownership in any way.
b)
Breeder is entitled First Right of Refusal should purchaser be unable to
keep said dog.
c)
Breeder will act as an adoption agent to help find a suitable home if
purchaser is unable to keep said dog.
Puppy is guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase to be free from proven hereditary defects. If diagnosed by a licensed vet within 1 year from date of purchase, the buyer, upon return of said pup to breeder, is entitled to a replacement pup of equal value from the next available litter. No cash refunds given except within the initial 3 days of purchase. All accrued vet bills & transportation expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
a)
The puppy is being sold as a pet puppy at a pet price without AKC papers.
Puppy MUST be spayed or neutered before 6 months of age.
A certificate from the responsible vet must then be forwarded to breeder.
(Failure to do so will void the Guarantee).
By
signing this contract Breeder and Buyer agree to and accepts the terms above and
acknowledges this as a legal and binding contract.
